PEPSI X STRANGER THINGS

In preparation for the third season of Stranger Things, Pepsi wanted to team up with Netflix and deliver the Pepsi x Stranger Things Binge Box to super fans around the country. Delivered just in time for the premiere, fans can plop down on the couch with their Binge Box and enjoy a delicious, refreshing, and perfectly chilled, Pepsi each episode that they binge.

The Binge Box, designed to emulate an 80’s style radio, complete with functioning dials and speakers that play sound bites from the show. Equipped with lights and fog to imitate the eeriness of the show’s secret realm, the “Upside Down”. Inside consumers will find 8 limited edition “Upside Down” Pepsi cans that will stay cool for every hour spent binging.

“Upside Down” cans, each designed according to the plot of the episode. Using “cold activated”
thermochromic ink, each label design is
revealed as the Pepsi gets colder.

In addition to the delivery of these Binge Boxes, Pepsi is also testing consumers to see if they have the courage to reach into the “Upside Down”. These portals to the “Upside Down” will be placed randomly in locations like NYC, LA, and Indiana, where the show takes place. Will those passing by have the guts to reach in and grab a limited edition can for themselves? If they do their frightened reaction when a Demagorgon grabs their arm will make for some awesome social content.
